The firm has experience creating new designs for a variety of different building types and client uses including residential, commercial, hospitality, service and office projects. We have also done historical preservation and have retrofitted buildings for new owners. Our clients enjoy working with us as we can offer them one on one interaction throughout the design process, concentrating on their vision of the project. With our expertise in design aesthetics, code and ADA compliance, and construction coordination, we look forward to creating a unique and comfortable environment for you, our clients
The Developers
GenX Capital Partners and their equity fund partners target real estate investment debt and equity partnership opportunities that fall into the broad categories of value add opportunities and event driven/complex situations. We work only with seasoned sponsors who have a solid project backed by a compelling story and business plan that gives the handful of real estate private equity funds we work with the opportunity to create outsized returns with mitigated, reasonable risk attributes.
The Project Manager
At DeStefano & Associates, we provide comprehensive management of site and building development from “Concept to Occupancy”, serving clients throughout New England in every phase of development. Our construction management approach enables our clients to concentrate on their business, while we take responsibility to manage and execute the project goals. We provide services from planning through construction as a complete turnkey program or as separate services. Our goal is to deliver the project at the lowest cost, in the schedule you require
The Gym
Rob Gronkowski and his brothers were fortunate to grow up around quality fitness equipment because their father owned fitness retail stores. The 5 brothers contribute a lot of their success to being able to work out on the best fitness equipment. Now the Gronk and his family have developed the performane equipment they used to become bigger, faster and stronger.
